NiCr Panel

The NiCr Panels (Nickel-Chromium panels) are precision test panels used in Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) to evaluate the effectiveness and sensitivity of the inspection process. These panels are coated with Nickel-Chromium material and are available in 10, 20, 30, and 50 micron thicknesses. The panels are supplied as a pair for use in the calibration and performance verification of MPI systems.

NiCr panels are designed to simulate surface defects (such as cracks and discontinuities) under varying thicknesses of magnetic particle applications. These panels are suitable for fluorescent and visible magnetic particle testing

and are commonly used in aerospace, automotive, and industrial inspections.
